Smriti Irani holds swords, performs Talwar Raas' In Gujarat

Union Minister for Textiles and Women & Child Development Smriti Irani on Friday performed "Talwar Raas" at a cultural event in Gujarat.'Talwar Raas', is a traditional folk dance that is popular in Gujarat and Rajasthan. The Union Minister held hands with the children and held swords on the stage.
The speciality of this is that holding swords in both hands and dancing. Along with the students, Smriti Irani also made similar steps with them. Now the video has gone viral on social media.
The cultural programme was organised on the premises of Swaminarayan Gurukul in Gujarat's Bhavnagar area. Gujarat BJP president Jitu Vaghani and Lok Sabha MP Bharatiben Shiyal also attended the event. The programme was attended by hundreds of women.
