With the Centre easing the lockout norms in many parts of India and people are now managing to fly back to their homes under various missions who were stranded in other parts.

Now its the turn of the pets to travel in the private charter jet to return to their owners. As a pilot project, the service will be started between national capital Delhi to Mumbai.

With the rules not allowing pets to travel in flights as earlier the authorities are exploring other ways to safely shift the pets to their owners on special flights. But the flight rates will cost the owners a bomb.

As part of this, a private jet was hired that has only six seats. Going by the fixed prices it will cost Rs 9.06 lakhs to airlift six pets from national capital Delhi to financial capital Mumbai.

The plane which will be rented from a service provider will leave in a couple of weeks that carries a Golden Retriever, a Lady Pheasant Bird, and Shih Tzus dogs.

As of now, only four seats were booked in the 'all pet' jet and if the remaining two seats were not filled by the time the jet takes off the ticket price of the four-seat might get increased.
