The prices increased to a level that, the normal public is not able to buy at least one cent of the land. During the time of bifurcation, the Central government has promised a steel plant in Kadapa which offers almost 1.25 lakh jobs.

According to the reports, the previous TDP government has allotted 2,000 acres of land. Plenty of water, electricity is available here. The project got halted due to the alleged differences between TDP and BJP.
