Moving Supreme Court Did Not Give Relief For Avinash Reddy!
X
We are seeing sensational developments in former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder case. Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy who was supposed to appear before the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) officers the other day misses it and his questioning date was rescheduled as he said he is not free for four days.

Viveka's daughter Sunitha Reddy and her husband Rajasekhar Reddy are said to have appeared before the CBI the other day for questioning. It is said that they were questioned on Viveka's last letter and other related issues as far as the case is concerned.

As another big development, YS Avinash Reddy knocked on the doors of the Supreme Court. It is said that he mentioned in the petition that the Apex Court should direct the Telangana High Court Vacation Bench should hear his anticipatory bail.

But the MP did not get any relief as the date of hearing of the petition was not confirmed yet. The Chief Justice of India also said that a written request should be mentioned and then a decision will be taken. So as of now, there is no relief and there is no clarity as well on when the petition would come for hearing.

There is a lot of suspense about the anticipatory bail of the Kadapa MP. Earlier the petition was postponed a few times by the High Court of Telangana and was finally listed on June 5, after the summer vacation of the High Court ends.

With CBI asking the Kadapa MP to appear before the officers there are a few doubts that Avinash would be arrested. Amid this, he filed a petition in the Supreme Court. However, the Chief Justice of India did not listen to the petition and said a call can be taken if a written request is made. Now we have to wait and see how the Kadapa MP would react to this.

Even if he writes to the Court there is no clarity on what date the petition would be given to be heard by the vacation bench. So we have to wait and see what happens next in the case.
