Ravi Prakash Approached Top Court To Avoid Arrest

Former TV9 CEO Ravi Prakash kept facing setbacks ever since he had gone against the wishes of majority shareholders of ABCL. High Court turned down his anticipatory bail petition few days ago. On the other hand, Three Police Teams have been trying their best to know about his whereabouts after he failed to appear for questioning.
Now, Ravi Prakash approached the Supreme Court for obtaining bail. This petition is going to come up for hearing Today.
Legal Experts say, Chances of Supreme Court granting bail for Ravi Prakash looks bleak. Better if he cooperates with the investigation of the case and obtain the clean chit if he hasn't done anything wrong.
So far, Ravi Prakash has done everything to avoid facing the questionnaire from the cops regarding the forgery, data theft and logo sale cases filed by Alandha Media. SC will now decide the fate of Ex-TV9 CEO.
