The Telangana wing of Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) had turned as a preference for leaders who are having issues with the ruling TRS of late. In the recent past, those who are going against KCR have joined the saffron party. Former Minister Etela Rajender, Former Telangana employees association president Ch Vittal have joined the party due to their differences with the TRS.
Now it's the turn of the famous journalist from Telangana Chintapandu Ravi, who is popular with the name Teenmaar Mallanna. Putting a full stop to the speculations on which party he will join, Teenmaar Mallanna had joined the BJP party earlier today in the national capital Delhi.
Teenmaar Mallanna was welcomed into the saffron party formally by the state BJP in-charge Tarun Chug. By presenting the saffron shawl to Teenmaar Mallanna, the state in charge welcomed him. Other leaders like Telangana State BJP chief Bandi Sanjay, MP Dharmapuri Arvind, and others were also present.
After receiving the membership from the BJP in-charge of Telangana, Teenmaar Mallanna addressed the media and thanked the leadership of the BJP for granting him the membership. He thanked the people of Telangana for their support. He said, with their support, he became Teenmaar Mallanna from Chintapandu Naveen.
The BJP party membership is like a strong rope. With that, I will tie KCR, KTR, Harish Rao, and Kavitha to the Telangana Martyrs Memorial. KCR is the biggest cheater in the state who filed 38 false cases against him. I aim to dethrone the TRS government and for that, I will give my best, Teenmaar Mallanna said.
Teenmar Mallanna was earlier arrested on the grounds of extorting money from a spiritual leader. Multiple cases were filed against him and after a long wait and fight, he was granted bail in the case by the Telangana High Court. After getting released from jail, Teenmar Mallanna alleged that a conspiracy was made to kill him in the jail itself.
The T-BJP stood in solidarity with the journalist and alleged that Teenmaar Mallanna was framed in the case as he is raising his voice against various issues. These comments started an opinion that the journalist will join the BJP. Making the reports true, he joined the saffron party.
