The leaders of the opposition Telugu Desam Party(TDP) have shown extra enthusiasm to lodge a complaint against the ruling YSRCP leader and Minister for Animal Husbandry Seediri Appala Raju. The leaders moved the Guntur (urban) Police Station against the Minister.

As a brutal shock, the police have filed a criminal case against the TDP leaders in return on the charges of reportedly barging into the police station and violating the Covid-19 norms.

It has to be noted that the Covid-19 norms are active in the state that restricts people to gather in groups outdoors as the virus is spreading quickly. On the charges, the TDP leaders were booked under sections 188 and 269.

The TDP leaders, including former MLA Tenali Sravan and senior leader Kovelamudi Ravindra moved the Guntur (urban) police station on Wednesday to lodge a complaint against the Minister.

According to the TDP leaders, Minister Appala Raju also reportedly made the same comments on the N 4440K variant of Covid, on the lines of what Chandrababu Naidu made on the variant reportedly. As a case was filed against Chandrababu, the TDP leaders want the Police to book a case against the Minister too.

After the cops booked them, the TDP leaders are now making foul cry that, they didn't violate any norms that come under Covid-19 and said, they reached the Police Station only to file a complaint on the Minister.

Alleging that the Police are working in favour of the ruling party, the TDP questioned the cops didn't even register their complaint but have booked cases against them on the false charges.
