TRS Minister Attributes Groundwater levels for Floods!

Even a small rain will make the travel on roads hell. The same is the situation in almost all the cities. Even the developed cities are not exemption from this. When the cities receive a heavy downpour, then no words can describe the bad conditions of the roads.
The question of roads in Karimnagar facing waterlogging was placed before Telangana Minister Gangula Kamalakar during his recent interaction with the media. However, the Minister's answer for this left everyone in splits. Karimnagar is seeing floods due to the rise in groundwater levels.
The Minister said, earlier, the water level in Karimnagar used to be low. But the water level had increased in Karimnagar in the regime of KCR. With the groundwater level reaching the high level, the downpour is resulting in a flood on the roads. This is not the failure of the government.
His comments on the floods are going viral on social media and the users are mocking the Minister for his illogical statements. He is facing severe criticism over his comments on the floods.
