The Men in Blue led by Virat Kohli is currently in Australia for the much anticipated Aussies tour. The Aussies tour will start from the 27th of November with the One Day series.

The One-day series is going to be very special, as the men in blue will donn retro-styled jersey for the limited-over series. The new jersey is similar to the blue jersey donned by the Indian team in 1992 for the World Cup.

The limited over series between India-Australia is surely going to give a nostalgic feel for Indian fans. The fans can recall their fond memories after seeing the retro-styled jersey.

The only difference between the 1990's blue jersey and the new jersey is, India' written on the old jersey can be seen clearly. Having fewer sponsors back then resulted in good visibility of India' on the jersey.

Opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan took to Twitter to give a sneak-peek into the retro-styled jersey. He captioned the jersey as 'New jersey, renewed motivation. Ready to go'. He added tri-color emoji to the post.

Mobile e-Sports platform MPL became the new kit sponsors for team India as the term of the previous sponsor Nike came to an end. The retro-styled jersey was picked by the Indian cricketers.

Due to injuries, opener Rohit Sharma and speedster Ishant Sharma will miss the ODI series, T20 series, and the first two test matches.
