X
The Telangana government led by Chief Minister KCR has launched the DHrani web portal on October 29, 2020, to offer hassle-free land registration services to the public in the state.

However, since the inception of the web portal, the troubles started surrounding the portal. One more trouble came in the form of the Telangana High Court after the court issued orders to extend the stay on registration of non-agricultural lands till December 10.

The issue related to the Dharani portal reached the Telangana High Court after a bunch of petitions were filed against the portal. The High Court heard the petitions today.

The Advocate General who appeared before the court requested it to remove the stay orders on the registration of non-agricultural lands on the Dharani portal.

After hearing the arguments of both sides, the High Court extended the stay orders till December 10. Till then, the court directed to register the non-agricultural lands in the previous method.

The Telangana High Court has adjourned the next hearing on this issue to the 10th of this month.
