Telangana: MPDO attempts suicide with depression over deputation

Tension grips the Nizamabad area of Telangana after a lady Mandal Parishad Development Officer (MPDO), allegedly made a suicide attempt after being depressed over deputation.
Going into detail, Bharathi who renders her services as MPDO in Nizamabad's Jakranpally was sent to Sirikonda Mandal under deputation which did not go well with her.
Stating some family issues, the MPDO reached out to Nizamabad Rural Bajireddy Govardhan and requested him to halt her deputation process for some time reportedly.
It is said that the MPDO didn't receive a positive response from the MLA over halting her deputation process. Irked by this, she tried to0 take her life.
The MPDO reportedly tried to take the extreme step. Locals rushed her to a nearby hospital for treatment. Later, she was reportedly shifted to a hospital in Hyderabad.
