Lockout 6.0: Lockout Extended In Telangana Till July 31st

For a few days, reports surfaced that a strict lockout might be imposed in Telangana which will be completely different from the previous lockouts. Following this, a few days back people rushed to stock up groceries.
With people panicking with the reports and speculations, the Telangana government issued a Government Order(G.O), which states people are restricted from stepping out between 10 pm and 5 am. However, they can come out for emergency medical care.
In addition, after 9.30 pm, all the shops and establishments will remain close barring the hospitals and medical halls.
The state government issued the revised lockout guidelines going by the orders issued by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs. The revised guidelines will be active until the 31st of July.
Following this, CS Somesh Kumar asked all the key officials to see that the guidelines are implemented in these areas without fail
