Since the pandemic outbreak, several Journalists were infected by the deadly respiratory disease, while several Journalists have breathed their last battling the disease in Telangana.
The state has lost one more journalist with Covid-19 in the form of Sridhar Dharmasanam, who was Maa Hyderabad editor, TV producer and director. He succumbed today while undergoing treatment at TIMS hospital.
In his long-lasting career, the senior journalist had worked with three English newspapers, Jain TV, and worked as the executive editor of TV Takesh and Blend Magazines.
After the news broke out, TRS chief, Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao condoled the death of the senior journalist. The Chief Minister condoled the bereaved family members.
Reacting to the sad news, Allam Narayana, the Chairman of Telangana State Media Academy mourned the demise of the senior journalist and condoled the family members of the deceased.
Sridhar Dharmasanam has become the 16th Journalist in the state, who have succumbed to the Covid-19 crisis.
