Joe Biden's first decision was to get people out of the Covid-19 pandemic. As part of that, he decided to create the position of Covid-19 Response Coordinator. To this extent, Biden called on the people to wear masks and follow physical distance for the next hundred days.

He revoked the Donald Trump's orders and kept the United States in the World Health Organization. Biden decided to rejoin the Paris climate accord and a mask mandate for all federal buildings.

Biden‌ made a key decision on the construction of the Mexico wall. The National Emergency Declaration brought in to raise funds for the construction of the wall has been discontinued.

The US President lifted off the restrictions on countries issuing green cards. The decision will bring relief to those in India as well as many other countries. His strategy is to gradually lift restrictions on the issuance of U.S. visas.

Biden decided to grant permanent citizenship and residence to immigrants who were key to America's development, which includes decisions on racism and ban on entries from mostly Muslim-majority countries.

The orders were aimed at reversing decisions by his predecessor Donald Trump and setting a clear policy path for Biden's new administration.
