US Records Highest Single-Day Deaths of COVID

The situation in the US is getting worse day by day with more and more deaths being reported in the nation. In the last 24 hours, 2,108 deaths were reported ringing the danger bells.
The number of infected cases was also reached an alarming level with 5,00,000 which is the highest number of infections in the world. This alarming data was provided by the Johns Hopkins University.
Experts cite that if the same situation continues the US might surpass Italy in terms of deaths were 18,848 deaths were reported. As of Saturday morning, 1,8,679 deaths were reported in the US which makes it the second-most country with more deaths.
