Unnao Rape Victim's Father Demands Hyderabad Like Justice

Father of Unnao rape victim, who lost her life battling with death for almost 48 hours said they want justice should be served just like Hyderabad "encounter" for the accused who attacked her.
The victim has developed 90 percent burn injuries after five accused have set her on fire by pouring kerosene on her reportedly. Later she was rushed to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi.
Talking about the horrific incident he said, "I have only one demand... my daughter should get justice."
He said they want justice like Hyderabad's encounter for the accused ion the case.
"My daughter's post-mortem will be conducted at Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi. After the autopsy, the body will be brought back to Unnao," he said.
The department head at the Burns and Plastic Surgery department, Shalabh Kumar has confirmed the death of the victim.
"The victim's heart stopped functioning at around 11.10 p.m. on Friday. Despite all efforts by doctors, her condition didn't improve and she died at 11.40 p.m. She fought for life till her last breath," he said.
