Kamal - Don't Divide Country: Vivek Oberoi

Kamal Haasan stirred a controversy by commenting that first terrorist in Independent India was a Hindu, Nathuram Godse. Vivek Oberoi, who played Narendra Modi in his biopic and also campaigned for the BJP, took a dig at the Legendary Actor.
While saying terrorism has no religion just alike art, The 'Raktha Charithra' Actor questioned Kamal Haasan why did he highlight that Godse is a Hindu. He wondered if that's just because he was campaigning in a Muslim-dominated Territory ahead of by-election in Tamil Nadu. 'We are all one...Let's not divide our country,' he said.
BJP, on the other hand, demanded Election Commission to take stringent action against Kamal Haasan for triggering communal violence.
In 2019 Elections, 'Hindu Terror' is being debated a lot especially after BJP fielded Pragya Singh Thakur, Malegaon Blasts Accused, as MP Candidate from Bhopal.
