Vizag Collector Says ,Ferlin Gas Leaked At Vizag

In what it could be a shocker, gas got leaked from a chemical plant in Vizag which left many people fell seriously ill. The locals said that the sad incident took place in the early hours of Thursday.
Talking about the same, Vishakapatnam Collector said that Ferlin gas leaked from the Vishaka company which results in severe headache, loss of hearing partially, and nerve dysfunction.
It has been reported that the chemical gas leakage took place at the LG Polymers industry located at the RR Venkatapuram village in Visakhapatnam in the early morning of Thursday.
This accident resulted in a loss of six lives including a child and the condition is under control now. Out of the six deceased four were admitted to King George Hospital in Vizag while two were admitted to a nearby hospital.
Following this, around 200 people were admitted to the hospital after they inhaled the gas. Fire engines, ambulances, and police vehicles rushed to the location soon after the news was reported.
