On the very first day of the AP winter assembly, a heated war of words took place between the ruling and opposition parties' continued. All this started with TDP MLA Achennaidu raising the topic of PPA's in the question hour stating that the Centre's comments on the PPA indicate the loss to the state with the review of the PPAs.

The opposition TDP has protested interestingly by MLAs and MLCs wearing garlands of Onions. Thy did this to protest against the high price of onions and essential goods. With the security at the Assembly telling them that there is no permission for onion garlands and placards, an argument erupted between TDP MLAs and police.

According to the insider reports, the TDP party leaders were instructed by the party chief Chandrababu Naidu to raise their voice on the skyrocketing prices of Onions and essential goods.

They have also decided to corner the ruling YSRCP government on why the development programs were stopped in Capital city, Amaravati. Its more than six months the ruling YSRCP came into power.
