Ahead of the Graduate MLC Elections in the Constituencies of Hyderabad-Rangareddy-Mahbubnagar and Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda constituencies the BJP is busy with the campaign activities.
The National Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Party D. K. Aruna campaigned for Gujjula Premendar Reddy at a gathering for the Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda constituency.
Addressing the gathering, D.K. Aruna urged the party cadre to work for the victory of Premender Reddy. She said Dubbaka and GHMC results should get repeated in the polls.
There is strong opposition from the unemployed, employed, and graduates towards Chief Minister KCR. We should not be overconfident in getting these votes. We should gather support by visiting every village, she said.
She questioned the TRS Candidate Palla Rajeshwara Reddy, what the TRS MLCs did for the constituency over the past six years. Accusing the TRS of betraying the voters in the name of unemployment allowance, she said TRS leaders don't have the right to ask vote from the voters.
Both TRS and BJP have taken the MLC elections seriously. The BJP wants to take forward its winning streak and strengthen the party in Telangana in the state. On the other hand, former Prime Minister TRS fielded strong candidates for the polls. KCR gave the party ticket to P. V. Narasimha Rao's daughter.
