Why Leaders From Nizamabad Are Queuing Up To Kavitha's House?

With Chief Minister KCR indicating that he is planning to fill the nominated posts in the party, there is a rush in Nizamabad among the partyâs second and third level leaders to grab these posts. Several key leaders are making rounds of MLC Kalwakuntla Kavitha's house and those with some good connections are even visiting the Pragathi Bhavan.
Recently, Sumitra Anand Tanoba of the district was made a member of the Telangana State Public Service Commission. This has set off a mad rush in the district over the nominated posts. Leaders from the undivided Nizamabad claimed that there are at least 40 nominated posts up for grabs and everyone is trying to get one such post. The favourite destination of most of the leaders from the district is Kavitha Kalwakuntla. Firstly, Kavitha is KCR's daughter and has an easy access to the TRS boss. Secondly, she represents Nizamabad and wants to contest from Nizamabad in the next Lok Sabha elections. Thus, she needs the local leaders while they need her support.
The district is well represented in Telangana politics. Pocharam Srinivas Reddy is the speaker of the Assembly, while Prashant Reddy is in the ministry. KR Suresh Reddy is now the Rajya Sabha member. Despite all this, the aspirants are queuing up only to Kavitha Kalwakuntla.
