Why Pawan Kalyan can't be a Political Leader?

Pawan Kalyan's style of functioning as Jana Sena Chief drew immense criticism in the recent past. The party which was floated to 'question' continued to remain as the one safeguarding interests of Chandrababu Naidu whenever the state government is in trouble.
In Chandrababu Naidu's Team, TDP & BJP are Team A & Team B respectively. If TDP differs with BJP, Jana Sena will replace the Saffron Party. If BJP continues as Team B, Pawan Kalyan will have to settle as Team C just alike it happened in 2014 Polls.
The major problem is the lack of clarity - Pawan Kalyan claims he is an alternative & fights against caste/money-based Politics. In that case, He should be an Opponent of Chandrababu Naidu not his Friend.
If Pawan Kalyan isn't into politics for becoming CM, Then what for he gonna fight in Politics. May be, He might even say I will contest for Assembly but don't wish to be an MLA. What kind of politics is this? Pawan should come on the streets to fight for the people & he need to make his stand clear on the policies of Ruling Party. If he continues to prefer statement politics and Twitter postings, People won't vote for Jana Sena Party. A Political Party should have organizational structure, agenda and its proper implementation to get votes polled. If Pawan Kalyan continues to remain as Political Commentator, He is best suitable for the job of TV Analyst but not as a Politician.
