Why is KCR upset with Mehmood Ali?

Rumours are rife that Telangana Chief Minister KCR is mightily upset by his home minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali. So unhappy KCR is that he did not allow the Home Minister into his chambers on Wednesday. Though Mehmood Ali claims that all is well and that he could not meet KCR due to some miscommunication. He argues that he did not know KCR had other engagements and hence he could not meet the CM.
However, those in the know say that KCR feels that Mehmood Ali has been very ineffective as a home minister. Despite getting a plum position, Ali has failed to impress KCR. KCR is said to be unhappy that Ali does not have any hold over the Muslim community in the state. The hold of MIM is complete and despite its best efforts the TRS could not break it. Highly placed sources also say that KCR is also upset in view of the reports that Ali has helped many people attend the meeting at the Markaz. This meeting is now seen as the super spreader of Corona virus. Also, the Muslim belligerence and their refusal to get tested for corona is also said to have upset KCR to no end.
