Why Spokespersons Are Leaving The Congress Party?

What is happening to the grand old party â the Congress Party? Spokesperson after spokesperson appears to be disenchanted with the party. And they are not hiding their disenchantment anymore. They are opening up and are are questioning the top leadership for the mistakes committed.
First it was Swathi Chaturvedi, who resigned from the party and has become the spokesperson of Shiv Sena. Taking cue, a couple of more spokespersons, one of them a Christian, have joined the BJP. As if this was not enough, popular face of the Congress on the TV channels, Abhishek Manu Singhvi, struck a discordant note over the goings on in the party. The latest to join the bandwagon is another popular face of the Congress on the TV screens. He is none other than Sanjay Jha. Articulate and argumentative Sanjay Jhan has criticised the partyâs leadership in the past. On Sunday, he wrote another piece in the Times of India to slam the high command for doing nothing to revive the party. He said that the party was not taking kindly to positive criticism and was not trying to correct its mistakes.
As of now, Jha is under treatment for Corona. He has tested positive and has since been in a self-imposed shutdown. However, he took time out to write a long letter to the High Command. Is he too trying to join the BJP?
