Why was KCR so silent in Kaleshwaram?

Why did KCR suddenly visit Kaleshwaram project all of a sudden? A lot of speculation is being done on why KCR chose to make a visit to his pet project. Another interesting aspect is that KCR was very moody and did not speak much all through his visit. This too has caused a lot of speculations in the political circles.
Those in the know say that KCR avoided visiting Kaleshwaram as the Central Water Resources Ministry has put on hold the construction of the third TMC works. He only visited Medigadda pumping reservoir and then headed straight for the Kaleshwaram temple. Even at the temple, KCR looked quite moody and was unwilling to say anything. At Kaleshwaram, it was his wife who did the pooja and he stayed out citing severe backache as the reason.
KTR has never been this silent, claim those in the know. Sources feel that he appeared bogged down by the recent electoral reverses and the bickering in the party. He was also worried about the Central Government's tough diktat to stop the works on the third TMC. Whatever the reason, KCR was unusually reticent and kept mostly to himself. His silence has now become the talk of the town.
