In The Rush To Win Kuppam Seat, YCP Neglecting Pulivendula?
X
The Pulivendula constituency has a special place in Andhra Pradesh politics given the fact that the constituency has been represented by one of the big political families in the state, the YSR family. Since the 1970s, the YSR family has been representing this consistency, and father and son from the same family became Chief Ministers of the state.

So everything related to the constituency gets a wide range of attention and people will talk about it more. Earlier, the ruling party came under severe criticism when a piece of news which says that the YRCP could not even construct a good bus stand in a constituency that gave political future to the YSR family.

As if it is not enough, the local leaders in the Pulivendula region are said to be having issues with the delay in the clearance of bills and other issues. Unable to deal with the issues in the area, a few leaders are believed to have reached the Chief Minister's office to list the issues they are facing.

With the Chief Minister not available allegedly, the leaders reportedly made a key official understand their situation and took assurance from the concerned official that he will take the issues to the Chief Minister.

This is a big concern for the YSRCP. The ruling party is not leaving any stone unturned to finish Telugu Desam Party by winning the Kuppam constituency, which is represented by former Chief Minister of the state Nara Chandrababu Naidu. The recent local polls in Kuppam gave hope to YCP that it can defeat TDP.

In the rush to win the Kuppam, it looks like the mighty YSRCP left the Pulivendula and not even showing interest to look into the issues as far as the constituency is concerned.

This is not a small matter. If the YSRCP won't consider the matter seriously and make efforts to address the issues, then the opposition Telugu Desam Party would get benefited from this. Already, the TDP is targeting the YCP on the pending issues in the constituency. If things turn upside down, then the YSRCP might suffer a big shock.
