The Assembly sessions in Andhra Pradesh started today. The sessions started on an interesting note. The act of the ruling YSRCP MLA in the house raised many eyeballs and became a topic of debate. Not just the political observers and circles, the YSRCP legislator took everyone by surprise.

Senior YSRCP MLA Anam Ramanarayana Reddy became a rebel leader and has been staying away from the party. His explosive comments started a gap between him and the ruling party leadership. Anam was removed as the party in-charge in his constituency.

After the gap erupted, a new doubt started on whether Anam Ramanarayana Reddy would be given a ticket from YCP. Following this, the former Minister is traveling with the opposition Telugu Desam Party. There is an opinion that he might contest from TDP in the next polls.

Adding fuel to this, the ruling party rebel MLA sat along with the TDP MLAs. Usually, ruling party MLAs sit on one side and the opposition party leaders sit on the other side. Instead of sitting with YCP MLAs, Anam sat with the Telugu Desam Party legislators.

Now the latest development kept many discussing whether it almost fixed the YSRCP MLA to walk with the opposition party as the new development stunned everyone.TDP is looking for winning candidates and sitting MLAs would always have an edge in the elections.

Anam Ramanarayana Reddy’s political career started with the Telugu Desam Party. Under party founder NTR's regime, he served as the Minister for Roads and Buildings. He took the Congress route and served as Cabinet Minister in YSR’s regime and Kiran Kumar Reddy's cabinet. He again joined the TDP and joined the YSRCP in 2018.
