YS Viveka Case: Avinash Reddys Father Moves High Court!
X
It's been four years since former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy was found dead at his house in Pulivendula. After a lot of twists and turns the case was given to the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) for the probe. We have to say that the case started seeing a big pace after CBI took over and the case was shifted to Telangana.

Earlier we have seen Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy making allegations against the central agency that his version was changed. He even moved the court seeking directives for videography and audiography while he records his statements. However, the court said that there is no need and even slammed Avinash Reddy for his comments on the agency when the case is being probed.

Now Avinash's father Bhaskar Reddy filed a petition in the High Court challenging Datagiri turning approver. In the petition, he said that the accused in the case are being questioned as per Dastagiri's statement, and asking them to face the questions is not right.

Not happy with Dastagiri getting bail, Bhaskar Reddy alleged that he might have had a role in Viveka's murder and gave his statements as per the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) order and asked how Dastagiri can be made an approver.

However, there is no information on what the CBI would say and how it would react to the petition. As the central agency is aggressively probing the matter, there are high chances for the CBI to file a counter-petition in the case.

It is known that the CBI grilled Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy in the case five times. The questioning session is said to have lasted for long hours. His father Bhaskar Reddy was also grilled by the investigating agency in the past.

Earlier this month, YS Bhaskar Reddy, father of Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy faced a summons from the CBI. Following this, he reached the CBI guest house in Kadapa. But he could not face the questioning as the officers are on leave. There are reports that Bhaskar Reddy would be questioned in the case again. Amid this, he filed a sensational petition in the High Court in connection with the case.
