YS Viveka Case: Intense Arguments In High Court!

A lot of suspense has been going on about whether Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy will be arrested in the Viveka case or not. Avinash missing the CBI interrogation in the case regularly added fuel to this. Avinash Reddy partially received relief as the High Court granted protection for him till Wednesday.
Lawyers representing CBI placed their arguments before the Court. They informed the court that the MP is not cooperating with them in the investigation and skipped the sessions by giving reasons. Saying that the MP is not cooperating with them. The counsel listed a few instances where Avinash Reddy did not cooperate with them.
Intense arguments took place in court in the case. The Court asked what information they had gathered from Bhaskar Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy. The court asked what is the reason behind their arrest and what information they have received from them. CBI's lawyer said that they are not cooperating with them.
The counsel also said that Erra Gnagi Reddy who was not happy with Viveka was also made a part of this and he was drawn towards the conspiracy to kill the former MP. Mentioning Dastagiri, the CBI said that the former driver said Avinash Reddy took care of the money involved in the case and asked why Shiva Shankar Reddy spent money.
When the Court said that anyone who sees bodies with injuries can say that it is an attack and what is the issue if the blood is cleared and asked what issue it creates for the shreds of evidence in the case, the CBI said that Viveka's PA Krishna Reddy complained in the case as per the directives of Shiva Shankar Reddy, the lawyers said that the aspect of blood stains was not mentioned in the complaint and CI also went into the fear of Shankar Reddy.
