AP Govt's Bonanza: Get Married..Accept 1 Lakh!

We have witnessed State Governments implement schemes such as Kalyana Lakshmi & Shaadi Mubarak. This new scheme introduced by YS Jagan led YCP Government seems to be the mother of all such wedding incentives.
YSR Pelli Kanuka Scheme will be launched on Sri Rama Navami. SC, ST and Minorities will be offered Rs 1 lakh on the wedding date. Construction Workers who get married will also be paid Rs 1 lakh.

AP Government decided to sell Sand for a price of Rs 375 per Tonne. Sand Sales will be happening only through Minerals Development Department from now onwards. Transportation of sand to other states was banned. Only online sale of sand will be carried out.
Increase of ASHA Workers Salary to Rs 10,000 per month approved.
Auto and Taxi Owners will be paid Rs 10,000 each
Count of TTD Board Members has been increased from 16 to 25
APSRTC to be merged with AP Government upon obtaining clearance from Centre. RTC Employees will be treated as Government Employees. RTC Employees retirement age will be 60 years.
Cancellation of Polavaram Hydel Project Contract handed over to Navayuga.
New Tenders will be called following Reverse Tendering Method.
412 Acres allotted for Machilipatnam Port has been withdrawn.
