Yellow Media Has Different Yardsticks For Jagan, KCR

The Telugu media's, especially the casteist media's, animosity towards YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is incorrigible. They attack him at any given opportunity and some even revel in converting any subject under the sun into âSlam Jaganâ matches.
Long before even Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had said that the people should now learn to live with the Corona virus. He said Corona is a reality and cannot be wished away. So, lifestyle changes need to be made and the people have to be ever cautious while they go out. Personal hygiene and other issues matter a lot, he said. This was enough for the Yellow media to go into a tizzy and slam YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Later, Prime Minister Narendra Modi too said the same thing. In fact, his advice to the people is even harsher. On Tuesday evening, Telangana CM KCR too has reiterated what Jagan had already said. Wonder why the section of media which reveled in lampooning YS Jagan does not have the courage to say the same thing about KCR.
Interestingly, the Yellow media makes a huge issue out of YS Jagan's comments that ordinary paracetamol is enough to treat Corona. But, KCR too said the same thing and almost at the same time. Yet, none of the media houses had the courage to take him on, let alone lampooning him.
