As a major win for the farmers, the BJP-led Union government had announced the repeal of the controversial Agriculture bills on Friday. The farmers who have been protesting against the bills got a major relief with this and they are celebrating the development in a big way.
The TRS government which is locking horns with the Centre on the procurement of Parboiled Rice also welcomed the decision and said the repeal of the Agriculture bills is the victory of the farmers. The TRS party is with the farmers, the government said.
Celebrating the occasion of the repeal of the bills, the TRS party released a poster that was shared on its official Twitter handle. The poster had caught everyone's attention as the matter mentioned on it says the credit for this goes for the party as the decision was announced after TRS launched a protest.
The poster says, at the Maha Dharna yesterday Telangana Chief Minister KCR announced that they will protest against the farm bills at the central level till their last drop of blood. Today, the Prime Minister announced that the bills were repealed.
