MLA Rapaka Varaprasad has been behaving like an arch-rival to Pawan Kalyan in the past few months. He kept ignoring the stand taken by Jana Sena Party on various issues and acted independently. For reasons unknown, Pawan Kalyan refrained from suspending Rapaka from the party inspite of his Pro-YCP approach.
Jana Sena & BJP will be jointly organizing Long March from Tadepalli to Vijayawada on February 2nd against the '3 Capitals' proposal. Pawan Kalyan took the Long March as a matter of prestige as its the first joint activity after forming alliance with the Saffron Party. Much to the shock of JSP Leadership, Rapaka Varaprasad decided to stay away from the Long March as BJP is involved in it.
Few months ago, Rapaka attended the Long March conducted in Visakhapatnam to extend support to the construction workers who faced problems due to sand scarcity. This time, The Razole MLA wants to stay away from Long March as he disapproves Jana Sena alliance with BJP. While responding on this matter in the Assembly Lobby, Rapaka commented, 'I wish not to attend the Long March. You never know how the situation will be after few days'.
