Covid-19 Hits China, Hundreds Of Flights Suspended On Tuesday!

The ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, which is dubbed as Covid-19 by WHO has hit the dragon country China very hard as hundreds of flights were canceled on Tuesday, reports claimed.



As a bid to control the Coronavirus pandemic, the authorities have suspended hundreds of flights from Pudong international airport, one of the busiest airports in China.

The latest development came after, several people were diagnosed with the Coronavirus pandemic after the staff members underwent Covid-19 tests.

Recently, as many as seven people were diagnosed with the pandemic in the Shanghai region. Experts believe that they were transmitted with the virus by the cargo workers.

As a result, around 500 flight services including many scheduled flights have been suspended by the authorities at the Pudong International airport.

The fresh cases were detected after more than 17,000 were tested for the ongoing pandemic. The Covid-19 test drive was conducted to detect fresh Covid-19 infections.

As a bid to increase the facilities, the authorities have installed novel thermal screening at all the travel places and outdoors to curb the Covid-19 related infections.
