The central agency Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) which is probing into the case of abusive comments against the judiciary and judges has upped its efforts. The agency has been nabbing the accused and producing before the courts.

Two more arrests were made for posting objectionable comments against the Andhra Pradesh High Court and the judges.

The accused Konda Reddy and Sudheer were produced before the Fourth Additional Junior Civil Judge Court in Guntur by the CBI.

The Court slapped the accused with 14 days judicial custody and the duo was shifted to the district sub jail.

Going into details, Konda Reddy had posted on his Facebook against the High Court Chief Justice after the court gave its verdict against the incorporation of English Medium in state run schools.

The objectionable post was made in April last year. The other accused Sudheer, who hails from Guntur, had shared the objectionable post.

Recently, one Linga Reddy Rajasekhar Reddy has been arrested and sent to judicial custody on the grounds of making objectionable comments against judges.

The CBI sleuths have waited till Linga Reddy Rajasekhar Reddy to return back to Kadapa as he made the objectionable comments against the judges in Kuwait.

The issue of YSRCP supporters making objectionable comments and posts against the Andhra Pradesh High Court and judges had come to the notice of the Court.

Seeing the trend as a dangerous one, the previous Chief Justice of the High Court directed the Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Department to look into the matter and look out for those who post or share such posts.

However, the issue was transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) from the AP CID as the High Court felt that there was no improvement in the case.

After taking over the case from CID, the CBI had intensified its efforts and has been keeping a vigil on the social media platforms for such posts and looking out for the accused.

As of now, the CBI has mentioned 15 members as the accused in the case so far and cases were also filed against them.
