The film industry is like a garden, it grows best when everything is easy to access. Telangana has taken a major step to support filmmakers with a new initiative. The government will launch a website called Films in Telangana, a single-window platform for all permissions related to film shooting and theater management. A workshop in Hyderabad was held to explain the system, attended by Dil Raju, C.H. Priyanka, and Kranthi from the Tourism Corporation.

Dil Raju said Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is fully supportive of the industry’s growth. Filmmakers will no longer need to visit multiple offices for approvals. All permissions, including shooting locations, can now be obtained online. Even the B-Form required for managing cinema theaters will be available digitally, simplifying processes that were previously slow and complicated.

The government is also updating the theater management system. Suggestions from film industry representatives will be incorporated to make the website practical and efficient. Dil Raju emphasized that the platform is designed to reduce bureaucracy and help filmmakers focus on creativity.

When the website is finished, it will be officially opened by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and the Minister of Cinematography, Komatireddy Venkata Reddy. This step has been praised as a major progress for Telangana's film scene. With quicker approvals and simpler ways to manage theaters, filmmakers can work better and faster, making Telangana a great place for both local and big film projects from across the country.
