'Gadar 2' Trailer: Adrenaline Pumping Loud Action Drama!

'Gadar: Ek Prem Katha' which was released back in 2001 was a sensational hit. The powerful portrayal of Tara Singh's character by Sunny Deol blew everyone away and the movie ended up being a huge blockbuster. It gave the iconic hand pipe scene and many super hit songs. After 22 years, Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel are back with the sequel.

Set in the 1970s, the sequel is going to be Tara Singh's fight for bringing his son back home. Utkarsh Sharma plays the role of Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel's son who goes on an undercover mission to Pakistan and gets caught. As expected, the movie is high on action and drama. The over-the-top stunt sequences and loud dialogues which you surely associate with Sunny Deol's film are seen here too. But the trailer has an outdated feel and the dialogues mouthed by Sunny Deol regarding the bad condition of Pakistan may draw whistles from the masses but they certainly makes you feel like you are watching a 90s film.

Produced by Zee Studios, 'Gadar 2' is produced and directed by Anil Sharma.

Mithoon composed the music while Najeeb Khan is the cinematographer. Shaktimaan Talwar is the writer while Monty Sharma gave the background score. Apart from Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, and Utkarsh Sharma, actors like Manish Wadhwa, Gaurav Chopra and Luv Sinha play crucial roles. The movie is releasing worldwide on 11th August.
