The ruling YSRCP is eyeing another election win in Andhra Pradesh. This time the party wants to go past the seats it won in 2019. The party is banking high on the welfare schemes and believes that the schemes would make the voters trust them over the opposition parties.

All eyes were on the YCP leadership to see what it would say in the manifesto. The party had not announced the manifesto for the upcoming elections. The manifesto is a sensation as the party said what it did in the past five years and what it would do next.

The ruling party unveiled its manifesto and said that it had implemented 99 percent of the promises it made. It has highlighted the schemes covering all the sections and the contributions that were made to the schemes.

YCP said that it focused on education, health, agriculture, higher education, houses to the poor, Naadu-Nedu, Women Empowerment, Social Safety, and Development. These are the main sectors for any state and even for the country.

The ruling party highlighted these points and the work it did. It said that under the schemes, it handed over house pattas to the beneficiaries, provided loans, encouraged self-employment, and developed the infrastructure.

YCP said that various communities were given a helping hand when it comes to welfare as the Minorities were also included under this.

Everyone knows the attack the opposition parties launched at the YCP alleging that the Hindu institutions were targeted and many temples were attacked. TDP leaders made big claims on this earlier.

YSRCP rubbished all the allegations and highlighted what it did for the temples. In the manifesto, the party said that it had scrapped the retirement for the priests, thousands of old temples were renovated and new temples were constructed.

After saying that it had implemented 99 percent of the promises it made before the 2019 polls, YCP also said what it would do in the next five years. In the manifesto, YCP said that it would complete the Polavaram project, establish medical colleges, provide houses to the poor, and establish the Aqua industry.
