A wild speculation has been doing rounds since Wednesday morning. If the reports are to be believed, Jubilee Hills residence of Nandamuri Balakrishna will be converted into a commercial complex very soon and an agreement to this effect has been signed by the prominent builder. Buzz is that the existing residence would be demolished soon to begin the construction work.
Balakrishna's Jubilee Hills house is more like a landmark. It is the location at the crucial junction which has got abundant scope for conversion into commercial property. So, It won't be a big surprise if the Nandamuri Hero takes any such decision.
Obtaining permission for the Commercial Complex in this property despite traffic congestion in the area won't be a problem for Balayya at all. Why because, He maintain good relations with Telangana CM and even the TRS Supremo have gratitude for his political guru NTR.
