Following the tremendous success of Thunivu, Ajith Kumar swiftly committed to his next project, Vidaamuyarchi. However, the production of this film encountered numerous setbacks, including a change in directors. Fortunately, the project recently commenced shooting in Azerbaijan earlier this month.

The latest reports from insiders indicate that Thala Ajith Kumar has been offered a substantial remuneration of 150 crores for his role in this upcoming movie. The media had been abuzz with speculations about who would direct Ajith in his next venture.

Several prominent names, such as Siruthai Siva and Vishnuvardhan, were among the fan favorites. Nevertheless, the inside sources have now revealed an unexpected choice for the director's chair. Adhik Ravichandran, the director of the recent blockbuster hit "Mark Antony" starring Vishal and S J Suryah, is said to be the fortunate filmmaker selected to helm 'AK 63'.

Adhik is a fervent Ajith fan, and their bond has grown stronger, as he also portrayed a villain in 'Nerkonda Paarvai.' It's worth noting that Adhik initially pitched the concept for "Mark Antony" to Ajith, who praised the idea, encouraging him to pursue it.

Furthermore, the esteemed production house RS Infotainment, known for producing Vetrimaaran's 'Viduthalai' and its sequel, will be producing the Ajith-Adhik project. They've reportedly offered an astonishing 150 crores as remuneration to Ajith Kumar. An official announcement for the project is anticipated by the year's end.
