SK & Kamal's Crazy Project 'Amaran' Falls Into Nithiin's Hands!

Talented Tamil hero Siva Karthikeyan is known for his versatility. His filmography showcases the different scripts he has chosen till date. He developed a huge market for himself which extends to Telugu states, Kerala and Karnataka as well. He is currently working on a multi-lingual project named 'Amaran'. It is a biographical drama directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy.

The movie is all set to hit the screens on 31st October and there are good expectations on it. What's even more interesting is the fact that it is being produced by Ulaganayagan Kamal Hassan. Along with him, Mr. R. Mahendran and Sony Pictures International Productions are also bankrolling it. With such big names, the movie is sure to get into the Telugu market as well and it looks like Kamal trusted Nithiin to release this film in AP & Telangana.

As we know, Kamal's 'Vikram' was released by NIthiin and his banner. The movie was marketed wonderfully and it turned out to be a blockbuster. Highly impressed with Nikhil and team, Kamal have the Telugu release rights to Nithiin's father Sudhakar Reddy, and his sister Nikhitha Reddy. They will release the movie in Telugu states through Sreshth Movies banner. They are hoping that it would be a 2nd hit under their collaboration.

'Amaran' is being made with high technical standards. GV Prakash is the music composer while CH Sai is the cinematographer. Anbariv masters are the action directors along with Stefan Richter. Sai Pallavi is the leading lady opposite Siva Karthikeyan in this flick. The film is based on the chapter “Major Varadharajan” from the book titled “India's Most Fearless”, written by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh.
