A surge in releases this week too!

Update: 2017-11-21 18:20 GMT
Telugu Cinema had a highly positive year in 2017. The number of release has been high and most famous films made their money barring for few. But the small movies have just managed to reach the theatres and they vanish as they have arrived. This trend is nothing new but the problem is still continuing with distributors and exhibitors trying to make way for biggies and filling up theatres with small ones.

The considerable release out of ten, (yes ten), new films is Nara Rohit's Balakrishnudu with Regina Cassandra and Ramyakrishnan as leads. The moje is a proper commercial Telugu movie from the actor after a long time. With it, Sri Vishnu's highly publicised Mental Madilo is releasing on the same day. The movie is said to be repeating the success of Pelli Choopulu as the producer of the movie, Raj Kandukuri and promoter, Suresh Babu are behind this one too.

Apart from these two, movies like Devi Sri Prasad, Lacchi, Nepolean and many others are releasing this weekend. We are sure Nepolean and Devi Sri Prasad could have benefitted from not releasing in this huge pool as their trailers look promising. In any case, November has seen surge in releases due to theatre hold up for biggies through September and October period.
