To achieve such make believe environment, many makers depend on constructing and re-creating places in the form of beautiful sets on a studio floor. Now, for Rangasthalam 1985, Sukumar and makers are trying to re-create a Godavari village and add some imagination to it and construct the village of Ram Charan.
The cast and crew of the film spent more than two schedules in Godavari villages for the film to get the authenticity right. After that, they have moved the shooting to Hyderabad and we got to know that they have constructed a village set for the movie that resembles the villages in 1985 time period. It is hard to find such a real location now and what Sukumar has imagined by placing the story in such a time-period can only be achieved on set said a source from the team.
For this set, art directors have spent long hours designing the roads and houses from the time and by 24th the set will be ready for shooting as per the source. From 24th, 35 days non-stop schedule has been planned in the set and all the important character actors will also participate in the shoot along with main leads.
Samantha, Anasuya, Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj are playing the important roles with Ram Charan in the movie. Mythri Moviemakers are producing this film in the direction of Sukumar. The film is said to be a love story during 1980's in our Godavari districts. Devi Sri Prasad is composing music for this film.
