There is Adipurush mania all over the country and there is a celebratory mood at the theatres. Though the film has a super craze in the country, the celebrations for the film are quite high in Telugu states. Be it heavy cutouts and big flexes, fans welcomed the Pan-India film in a big way.
As the film is based on Hindu epic Ramayana, there are Jai Shri Ram chants at the theatres. One seat was dedicated to Lord Hanuman in theatres and some people brought small Hanuman idols to celebrate the film.
But what caught everyone's attention is that a fan of Prabhas, purportedly cut his hand with a beer bottle and put blood Tilak on posters. In the viral video that is doing rounds on social media, a fan burst into massive celebrations and cut his hand multiple times with a piece of a beer bottle.
The video set social media on fire and raised many eyeballs. The concerned fan is facing severe criticism for his acts as many ask what is the need to do such things. He was advised by netizens to not indulge in such things and just enjoy the film.
