Star actress Deepika Padukone is arriving with 'Gehraiyaan' on February 11th. It will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video directly and fans are eagerly waiting for it. The trailer created a lot of sensation as the bold scenes and subject shocked a lot of people. As part of promotions, the first song named 'Doobey' got released and it is raising a lot of debate on the internet.

The song is quite catchy, to be honest, but it is the visuals that are creating a lot of rage on social media. Deepika Padukone is seen romancing Siddhanth Chaturvedi in this song. Dressed in skimpy and short outfits, the intimate scenes and numerous lip kiss scenes are just jaw-dropping. Deepika plays the role of a woman who is unhappy in her marriage and starts an affair with her cousin's fiancé. This bold subject has led to a lot of debate.

People are saying that Deepika is a top star who is followed by millions. They claim that her doing these kinds of roles will set a wrong example and are also bashing her for going overboard in the romantic portions especially after getting married. Also, Deepika is hailed as the queen after her roles in movies like 'Bajirao Mastani', 'Padmaavat', 'Ram Leela' and others. Some of her fans are not able to digest looking Deepika in a homewrecker role.

Actually, a lot of heroines are accepting challenging roles right now but only a few have succeeded. Taapsee Pannu played a similar role in 'Haseena Dilruba' but it did not create any problems for the actor but Deepika is under a lot of scrutiny now. We need to see what Deepika has to say about this role and this film. Playing glamorous roles or slipping into bikinis is not new for Deepika but doing such roles with double the intimate scenes after marriage is what some people are concerned with. While some people are criticizing her, a few are defending her decision as an actor.

Deepika is currently working on 'Project K' with Prabhas and she is also acting with Amitabh Bachchan on the 'Intern' remake.
