Tollywood's veteran actor Nagarjuna is now acting in the movie 'Wild Dog', directed by Solomon Ahisore and is almost in the finishing stage of the shoot.
Now Nagarjuna is said to be very concerned about content-driven films and his 'Wild Dog' itself is a big example. The actor is now all set to try different films and content backed roles.
On the latest the ace actor is said to be in talks with actor Director Dhanush, who is in plans to revive his second directorial that stars Nagarjuna, SJ Suriya and Aravinda Swamy among others was planned big and shelved mid way for some time. It is evident that Dhanush has filmed some parts of the film and producers backed out citing huge budget issues.
Now Dhanush is said to have worked hard on the script in this break time and even managed to bring another production house to fund the film. As the film is a period story that dates back to 600 years ago, the actor is said to have approached his brother Selva Raghavan to film that portions of the movie. Raghavan has proved his mettle for directing period films with Yuganiki Okkadu so it would be easy for him to help out his ambitious brother Dhanush.
It is evident that whenever Nag tried things differently, majority films became trailblazers and became BoxOffice hits. Let's hope he continues the journey and becomes a wannabe senior actor down south!
