Is Sita Another Version of Kamal Hassan Classic?

Kamal Hassan could become a great and a legend in acting as he tried different films within the box office space. If he couldn't try new things in Tamil, he expanded his market to National wide and did some remarkable films.

Movies that really started to show Kamal's calibre and variety are Swathi Muthyam, Sagara Sangamam after becoming a box office star.

Sagara Sangaman is still referenced in many films, still made fun off and still inspires many films in Telugu and other languages.

Whenever we see a friend clings onto something in the past and ends up as a failure, we remember Balu from the film. Recent Majili has some portions that look to have been directly taken from Sagara Sangamam.

We hear that Teja also took another classic and used it to fit the contemporary filmmaking. He had a character that doesn't have bright understanding of situations and is more child-like it seems.

That character is said to be another version of Swathi Muthyam's Kamal Hassan but more on the lines of today's youth than completely raw and innocent like in  that film.

Well, Bellamkonda Srinivas never proved his acting caliber and mostly looked wooden in his films. Let's see what Teja would extract from him in Sita, with Swathi Muthyam kind of a character.
