Update: 2021-07-08 05:47 GMT
The ongoing tussle between different members of Movie Artists Association is getting a lot of attention. Whilst the elections are going to be held in September, the temperatures have heated up already. With Prakash Raj, Manchu Vishnu, Jeevitha Rajasekhar, Hema, CVL and others getting into the competition, the war of words has already kicked off.

Their ongoing war is getting a lot of publicity in the media and it is quite vehement than before. Tollywood has been split into three groups as of now and what happens next is making everyone nervous. As we know, Prakash Raj was the first one to come out in the public and announce his involvement in the MAA elections.

He even announced his panel and started to get the support of some big heads in the film industry. At a time when Prakash Raj was working hard to get himself ahead of others, Murali Mohan stunned everyone by stating that the elections may not be conducted and the post will be given directly in a unanimous manner. This raised a lot of questions and Prakash who is an active user of social media came out and asked, "When will be the elections conducted?....#justasking"

It is senior actor Naresh who decided to counter Prakash Raj this time. He took to Twitter and gave a strong reply by saying, "After a clear reply frm MAA reg election (copy enclosed) that a Resolution wz passd in general body & in view of Covid, If someone just asks repeatedly wn is da election? Its like someone asking can I jump into da pool before the water is filled. Our reply wud b pls try sir." Along with these comments, Naresh has also attached photocopies of the official letters regarding the information on the elections.

This reply from Naresh is raising a lot of eyebrows and knowing Prakash Raj's personality, this social media war may go on for the next couple of days. As we know, a lot of big families in Tollywood are still to reveal their allegiance in these MAA elections. Let us wait and see what more is gonna happen in the next couple of weeks.
