The long wait for the trailer of NTR Biopic ended Today. Although the biopic releases in two parts, Makers decided to have only one trailer to bring that completeness. While 'NTR Kathanayakudu' releases on January 9th next year, 'NTR Mahanayakudu' hits the screens on February 7th.
Promo opens with the debate over choosing NTR for the role of Sri Krishna & how he proved his critics wrong. Thereafter, Its about why NTR entered into film industry and his rise as a Superstar of Telugu Cinema. Towards the end of Part 1, NTR takes the decision to foray into politics for the sake of people who made him a God. What follows is path to success as a Politician, backstabbing episode and the manner in which he got hold of power yet again.
Balakrishna failed to either lookalike NTR or perform like him in the iconic roles reprised in 'NTR Kathanayakudu'. He, however, managed to surpass the expectations in the political-backdrop sequences in 'NTR Mahanayakudu'. No other Actor could have played the role to such perfection. Emotional Bond between NTR & Basavatharakam is one of the highlights of the biopic. Vidya Balan, as Basavatharakam, received abundant screen time in the promo.
Background Score composed by MM Keeravani is worth praising. Grandeur is evident in every frame. Balakrishna, Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Induri made sure production values were lavish. There might be few short-comings, but Krish Jagarlamudi has made NTR biopic to the best of his abilities. He showed his mark in the political episodes. Overall, This biopic will make all the Telugu People revisit the golden era of NTR.
