Seems like the rift between Manchu Family and Bellamkonda Suresh isn't gonna end anytime soon. On Thursday, Both the parties filed cases against each other regarding the payment issues of 'Rabhasa'.
Reportedly, Bellamkonda seeked a lease of Ghandarwa Mahal set which was built for 'Uu Kodathara Ulikki Padathara' to shoot a major schedule which include family scenes of 'Rabhasa'. Post the 45 days shoot, The dynamic producer was supposed to pay Rs 58 lakhs to Manchus. He, however, asked one of the Manchu Hero's to return the advance amount given to them or Use it as the payment for using Ghandarwa Mahal set.
Bellamkonda's sudden U-turn didn't go down well with Manchus. Some of Manchu Lakshmi's supporters protested before Bellamkonda's house in Jubilee Hills on Tuesday night demanding the payment. Soon Cops stepped into action and dispersed both the parties from the spot. Today, They lodged complaint against each other in police station seeking action.
As per Bellamkonda, I paid Rs 30 lakhs to Manchu Manoj and Rs 10 lakhs to Mohan Babu towards advances. However, Manchu Family is neither ready to return or deduct that amount from Rs 58 lakhs I has to pay for using Ghandarwa Mahal set. Instead, The representatives of Manchu Entertainment continue to protest and block the way at my residence and hence a complaint has been registered.
Guess, who is the biggest loser? Its none other than Jr NTR as this bad publicity wouldn't help him any way and the confusion over the release date continues.
Sources say, Manchu Lakshmi hasn't approached court to stall 'Rabhasa' release only because of Manchu Family's good relations with Nandamuri Family. She is also well aware of the fact that such a move would invite the wrath of Nandamuri Fans.
Finally, Mohan Babu and Bellamkonda Suresh solved payment issue amicably. They agreed for the compromise as the petty issue is tarnishing their image so badly. While Mohan Babu came forward to deduct the advance given, Bellamkonda agreed to pay the remaining amount.
